HydroSonic HS-9000 e-Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the HydroSonic HS-9000 for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The following components are covered under this warranty:

  • Electric circuit board for the hydrogen generator
  • Medium
  • Connector to the engine

2. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover any cosmetic issues such as color fading.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear is not covered.

3. Serial Number Requirement:
To qualify for warranty service, the HydroSonic HS-9000 must bear a legitimate and verifiable serial number. Warranty claims without a valid serial number will not be honored.

4. Warranty Voidance:
The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

  • If the product’s seal is broken.
  • If the product has been modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized personnel.

5. Claim Process:
For warranty claims, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Contact an authorized service center or HydroSonic customer support.
  • Ensure the product is shipped or presented in its original or equally secure packaging to prevent further damage.

6. Limitation of Liability:
HydroSonic is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

7. Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased.
