HydroSonic HS-9000 e-Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the HydroSonic HS-9000 for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The following components are covered under this warranty:
- Electric circuit board for the hydrogen generator
- Medium
- Connector to the engine
2. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover any cosmetic issues such as color fading.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear is not covered.
3. Serial Number Requirement:
To qualify for warranty service, the HydroSonic HS-9000 must bear a legitimate and verifiable serial number. Warranty claims without a valid serial number will not be honored.
4. Warranty Voidance:
The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
- If the product’s seal is broken.
- If the product has been modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized personnel.
5. Claim Process:
